COVID-19 Information

During these unusual circumstances during the COVID-19 (Coronavirus Pandemic), we may experience delays in relation to processing and shipping times on all of our orders. 

What does this mean? Usually all of our orders are processed within 24hrs - 72hrs before they are shipped to our customers. Currently the processing times may take up to 5 business days to be completed before your package has been handed over to our shipping service. 

The shipment service will do their best to get your awesome shades to you as quickly as possible! There could be some delays in regard to delivery times, and in most extreme cases, it may take up to 10 business days longer. Once we have received your order and the payment has been received, it will take between 24hrs - 72hrs for us to prepare your order before passing it to a delivery service. During holiday and periods of high sales or during new collection releases, there may be some minor delays to order processing - but we are doing all we can, so you could rock your shades as soon as possible!

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive an automated email with the order confirmation number and instructions on how to track it in transit. Please note, we do not dispatch orders on public holidays or weekends.

We ship our orders from warehouses in USA and Asia. Orders from US will be fulfilled by our US based warehouse, and orders to Europe and the Rest of the World will be fulfilled by our Asian warehouse. 


All orders are shipped DDU "duties and taxes unpaid", which means any payable taxes or duties must be paid by the customer before receiving delivery of the product, unless calculated at checkout, i.e. for orders shipping to Australia. 

We are not liable for any additional taxes or duty fees that are incurred at clear customs. Our orders are shipped worldwide and we do not collect any VAT, duties or taxes which cannot be predicted. Additional COD (Collect On Delivery) fees may be applicable upon the delivery of your orders, and may be payable directly to a local courier/delivery service provider. 

Our deliveries are handled by our third-party companies, this means they might ship the products one or two days later than we plan. It also means that we can’t guarantee that the products are being delivered on the day we plan.
