ORDER  AND DELIVERY


TRACKING YOUR ORDER


Once you have successfully placed an order, you will receive an email from our automated messaging service and it will include your order number. To check your order status shipping updates, you can proceed to the link indicated below:

Once you are on this page, please enter your order number beginning with “SUN” as well as your email used to complete the purchase, afterwards you will be taken to a separate page with your order status.


In case the tracking system doesn’t work, try it again in a few hours, sometimes our system may take a little longer than usual to update the latest information about your order.


If your order has to go through Customs clearance, Ruuz is not responsible for any additional costs that the customs agents may incur on your order.



ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES


The processing time for your order can be between 24-72 hrs (during business days) from the moment your order has been placed.

RUUZ has warehouses in the United States of America, as well as in Asia. Domestic USA orders are fulfilled by US based warehouses, and orders for the rest of the world are currently fulfilled by our warehouse in Asia.

PROTECTION OFFERED BY RUUZ PRODUCTS


RUUZ sunglasses come with lenses that offer a UV400 protection that protects your eyes from 100% from the sun's harmful ultraviolet radiation rays. Most of our models also come with a polarized filter (see product features) which reduces glare caused by intense light sources and reflections produced by sunlight on water, snow and shiny metal surfaces, helping your eyes combat fatigue.


Our products are compliant with the following global standards: ISO 9001, ISO 9002, the European Standard EN ISO 12312-1:2013, the American Standard ANSI Z80.3:2008, and the Australian Standard AS/NZS 1067:2003.



TAKING CARE OF YOUR RUUZ SUNGLASSES


Use a RUUZ pouch or box to carry your sunglasses around with you. To clean the lenses, use the soft lens cloth that came with your glasses for best effect. Refrain from cleaning your sunglasses with soap or water and keep you shades away from being exposed to any direct light sources for extended periods of time. 


It is advisable to try not  to put your sunglasses face down or drag them over any hard surfaces, as this would potentially scratch the lenses.

CHANGING OF THE DELIVERY ADDRESS

Should you wish to change the delivery address after you have concluded your purchase, please contact us at hello@ruuz.one and we will  do all we can to help in this regard.


In the instance we were not able to change the delivery  address because the product has already been sent, we will have to reach out to our delivery service provider, in which case, the delivery process may take longer than initially estimated.


DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS


Should you receive your products with a defect, please contact us by sending a message to hello@ruuz.one within 14 days of receiving your shipment. In your message, send us images  that clearly show the defect associated with the product and we will try to verify if the product has indeed been shipped with a defect.


All return shipping costs will be covered by RUUZ, and once it has been verified that the product has a defect, we will issue an exchange or a refund for our customers



WRONG ORDER


Should you receive wrong products in your shipment order,, please contact us by sending a message to hello@ruuz.one within 14 days of receiving your shipment. In your message, send us images  that clearly show the corresponding evidence of shipment, product and payment confirmation associated with the shipment and we will provide you with a response once the evidence you provided has been verified.


All return shipping costs will be covered by RUUZ, and once it has been verified that the wrong product has been shipped by mistake, we will issue an exchange for our customers. Product must not have been used and must be returned with any original labels and original box or case it came with. 



CHANGES TO ORDERS OR RETURNS


If you wish to make changes to your order or return it, the product has to be shipped to our address (see refunds policy for address details). Deadline for making any changes or initiating returns is 14 days from the day the order has been received. Product must not have been used and must be returned with any original labels and original box or case it came with. Customers are responsible for paying the applicable shipping fees associated with the return of the product. 


If you wish to initiate any of the procedures mentioned above, contact us through our email - hello@ruuz.one and we will provide you with additional instructions and help with regards to handling this situation.



DEADLINE TO RECEIVE A REFUND


Once we have received  your package at our office, it will be processed by our team members to approve of a refund and return. The product must have been sent to our office within 14 days of the date when the shipment was first received by you, and the product must not have been used and must be returned with any original labels and original box or case it came with.


If the product return has been approved, a complete refund of the order price you have paid for our merchandise will be issued by our team within 7 business days and you will receive an email notification of this transaction. Once the refund has been issued, it may take between 5-10 business days for you to receive your refund in full.

PAYMENT AND ORDER CONFIRMATION


Once the order has been successfully placed, the full amount for the order will be charged to your card / bank account, or to any other payment method that you have indicated to complete the transaction. 


Upon successful transaction, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. You will also receive another email once your order has been shipped from one of our warehouses. If for any reason you have not received an email from us after the purchase, please check your spam or junk folder of your inbox. REJECTED PAYMENTS


The are 3 most common  reasons why your payment may have been rejected by our payment system provider are the following:


- Insufficient balance/ not enough funds. Make sure you have enough funds for the transaction before finalizing and paying for  your order.

- The payment card was not issued in the country where you are currently located. Make sure that the credit card that you are using was issued in the same country where you are currently located when you make the purchase.

- Your bank may be  blocking  on-line payments for security reasons and may require further verification.



SECURITY OF PAYMENT DATA


All payment transactions are managed directly by our ecommerce payment services provider, Shopify, with secure encryption and under strict banking and online payment standards.


Your payment card data is sent directly to the acquiring bank and cannot be accessed, viewed or captured by anyone except your bank, including RUUZ and our employees.



DISCOUNTS


Discounts that we offer and promote are only valid for purchases that are made through our official online store. Discounts and promos are valid for a limited time. In case you have applied a discount code at checkout but the code was not applied, please make sure that the code is still valid, as some discount codes we issue are available for a limited time. In case you have applied a valid discount code but it was not recognized during checkout, please contact our team at hello@ruuz.one 



PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER

Currently we cannot accept payments for products by bank transfer, however, you can pay with a debit card or credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, AMEX, or Shop Pay.
